Great Easter stay! the staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We were offered water and coffee upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the location was perfect for us, just a stone's throw away from the central station. It made getting around the city a breeze. Another advantage was that our room was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
The shower had low water pressure and the hot water took a while to come on, which was a bit inconvenient. some of the advertised amenities, like a working fridge and coffee machine, were not available.

I was really impressed with the value for my money at the hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and felt brand new. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, even providing me with extra coffee capsules. The location was great, with easy access to the bus and train station, and a short walk to the Colosseum. The room also had a fantastic terrace with a view, which was an added bonus.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.

Close to some famous sites, but I had no chance to visit them because the hotel kept me busy with their amazing paid airport shuttle service.
Oh, how I loved walking through overflowing bins to reach my room. Such a glamorous experience!
